SPF temperror
A transient DNS failure during SPF evaluation. Usually the receiver retries and the message is delivered.
What causes it
- A DNS server for your domain or for one of your include: targets timed out.
- DNSSEC validation failure somewhere in the chain.
- Rate limiting between the receiving resolver and your authoritative nameservers.
How to fix it
A single temperror is normal background noise. Persistent temperrors point at a real DNS problem: check that every nameserver for your domain answers, and that each include: target resolves quickly from several networks.
